International internship program sending students to work with startups. We have summer programs abr

Business development" sounds like a title you'd find on any corporate org chart. At an early-stage startup, it looks different.
This summer, several of our interns worked in business development and sales roles, building real strategy the startups actually needed done. Not busywork. Not shadowing.
Read through to meet them, see what they actually built, and hear directly from the supervisors they worked alongside.
Lou Munger, Harvard University, History Major
"Lou led a strategic project focused on evaluating the creation of a U.S. subsidiary for The Padel Lab. He developed a structured roadmap covering the key steps required to establish the entity, built a detailed financial model to assess the business case, and prepared a comprehensive presentation for the company's founders." - Juan Calderón, Sales Director at The Padel Lab, on Lou's work
Ryan Olson, University of Colorado Boulder, Mechanical Engineering Major
“Ryan worked on developing a complete go to market strategy for launching our Team Andy lead sourcing solution in the US broker market. The project included market research, customer discovery interviews, lead generation analysis, pricing research, competitive benchmarking, positioning, and management reporting." - Wilco Wijnbergen, CTO, infinitSpace
Kylie Schulman, Princeton University, Economics Major
“Kylie built CRM automation workflows that streamline processes across the Sales Department. For that, she worked closely with multiple departments to understand their needs and coordinate efforts, ensuring the automations she was building would actually solve real pain points for the Sales Team.”
- Ramón Jiménez, BDR Manager, Zepo Intelligence

One thing we believe strongly: the city is part of the experience.
That's why every cohort location includes cultural activities designed to help students genuinely connect with the place they're living and working in — not just pass through it.
In Sydney, that looked like surfing lessons at Bondi Beach. Something that felt like fun on the surface, but also gave students a shared moment, a small challenge, and a real sense of what it means to be present somewhere new.
That work-life balance is intentional. It's how students leave a program not just with resume lines, but with a perspective that's harder to teach in a classroom.

Madrid week one started with a walk through the heart of the city.
After their third day of work, the cohort joined a walking tour through some of Madrid's most historically rich areas — Puerta del Sol, the geographic center of Spain, Plaza Mayor, and a handful of landmarks that make up the stories of the city.
It is always a natural way to settle in their new city.
This is what final presentation day for the Berlin Start! consulting program looks like.
Teams heading to their startups for final presentations. 2 weeks of real consulting work, about to be delivered!
Not a simulation. Not a classroom. A real startup, a real team, and a real project with real feedback from founders. That's a project worth adding to the resume!
