In Sydney, that looked like surfing lessons at Bondi Beach. Something that felt like fun on the surface, but also gave students a shared moment, a small challenge, and a real sense of what it means to be present somewhere new.

That work-life balance is intentional. It's how students leave a program not just with resume lines, but with a perspective that's harder to teach in a classroom.

Madrid week one started with a walk through the heart of the city.

After their third day of work, the cohort joined a walking tour through some of Madrid's most historically rich areas — Puerta del Sol, the geographic center of Spain, Plaza Mayor, and a handful of landmarks that make up the stories of the city.

It is always a natural way to settle in their new city.
