Rub it Right universal carne marinade on Grilled Carne Asada.
This chipotle grapefruit carne asada marinade is the move: slight kick and smoke from chipotles in adobo, bright citrus from grapefruit juice, deep umami from soy sauce, and a big flavor boost from Rub it Right.
🧄 4 cloves fresh garlic
🌶️ 1 can chipotles in adobo sauce
🌿 2 tbsp Rub it Right spice blend
🥢 4 tbsp soy sauce
🍊 Juice of ½ grapefruit (about 6 oz)
How I use it: Blend it smooth → coat your steak → marinate → grill hot & fast for that classic carne asada char.
