The menu features a perpetually changing list of House Cocktails, the “Art of the Old Fashioned”, large format “Cocktails as Big as Your Head”, seasonal artisanal beers and wines from small growers around the world. Fulton Market Kitchen’s art collection is the result of a collaboration with numerous contributing artists, representing several artistic styles: Alex Morales, Erni Vales, Erik DeBat, Franklin Riley, Dominic Sansone, CJ Hungerman, Christophe Gauspohl, Chadwick, Nina Palomba, Sarah Raskey, Alejandra Guerrero and many more.
