I'm super excited for my first time buyer clients who came across this perfectly updated 3 bedroom condo that had everything they were looking for and more.
We had scouted out several different localities and as they became more familiar with different communities and locations we continuously updated our searches until one day when they decided on an area that had it all, including some close friends!
Once we became focused we saw two homes and this one really stood out. We were one of the first people to see this property and definitely the first to make an offer.

We spend so much money on everything driving related so Im glad to catch a little break.
Having nice things is one thing, but if they make your life uncomfortable it becomes very difficult to enjoy them. This is especially important when buying or selling a home.
Make sure all concerns are addressed and that everyone youâre working with is aware of what your financial goals are.
Make sure youâre working with people who understand the full scope of what you want which may go beyond the home.

Happy 6 year anniversary to us! For whatever reason bowling was the activity of choice on Saturday night. We bowled quite a bit early in our relationship with and without the kids, but then the kids became too cool to be seen with us, or was it vice versa?
I appreciate that no matter how busy we become we always make time for one another. Itâs been a wonderful 6 years! Love you Evelyn Lauer â¤ď¸

Seems like an appropriate time to mention a few items that may help prevent a flood or water intrusion or general items to look for when shopping for a home with any room below ground.
One of the more important items is to make sure the rain falling on the roof is equally dispersed downward and away from your home, however making sure all necessary systems are operating properly will be your best bet to reduce the odds of any water coming in.

We had a little reunion of the University of Iowa DUâs of the 1990s this weekend. We played some golf, ate some of our old favorites, had some drinks, hung out in a DJ booth, paid tribute to a friend who couldnât make it, and caught up with some friends who we wished we were able to see more often.
If youâre looking for 2 bedrooms in Chicago youâll likely come across many condos with cribs in your search as these new parents look to expand or relocate.
