We tend to steer our attention towards our physique 100% and lose sight of balance in our lives and selves. Bodybuilding is a selfish sport, one needs to isolate themselves completely and pursuit a completely different lifestyle to achieve a certain physique. This in essence tips off our balance in life especially our mental well-being. We get so lost in this cloud of being the biggest, strongest, and leanest that we lose sight of the bigger picture, our overall health. Are most of us living a true healthy lifestyle? Our relationships, our work, our mentality, everything around us. Sometimes we need to take a step back and work to develop this balance. So when everything aligns we can feel healthy, feel accomplished. If we can learn to achieve our physique goals with consistent balance, then that is just the icing on the cake.
Become a part of this movement, where everything matters and nothing in our lives gets left behind. Extremes are easy. Strive for Balance. Through this awareness we can grow. 💪💪💪
We nourish ourselves and grow from our mental and physical strengths. Being dominant and alpha is within us if we can help ourselves first, only then can we become a part of something big. Fitness is more than just exercise and weights, it's a way of life. Our fitness can be our struggle, our fight that helps us grow. Mind, Body, and Soul are our biggest assets and once they align, no one can stop us from accomplishing our dreams. Les' get it

Alpha Built is so much more than just a portal to fitness and bodybuilding. The whole concept of "Born Dominant" is to show that you care for humanity, and that you're constantly trying to make the world a better place. Those that share our mentality are always aiming for improvement and change. This month we are raising money for cancer awareness. Our proceeds will go towards funding research. Be sure to check out our latest product, and help fund the cause!
