Join us for Community Care Day at Center on Halsted. This free, walk-in event brings multiple services together in one place to make access easier for our community.

Attendees can receive CityKey ID assistance, HIV testing, and connect with the HUB for enrollment support. The HUB will also be providing gender-affirming gear and gift cards, with additional gift cards available for those who qualify for services.

Whether you’re stopping by for one service or several, this is a chance to take care of yourself, get connected, and spend time in a welcoming community space. No cost. All are welcome.

- just wrapped up our Board Retreat. We’re a couple of months into our new fiscal year & today was a perfect opportunity for reflection, connection, & planning. Excited about our work ahead.

- yesterday I had the amazing opportunity to meet with Rep. Eric Sorensen & Tom Skilling & give them a tour of our beautiful Center on Halsted space.

We were able to snap a quick selfie in the rooftop garden & chat with a member of our volunteer that helps keep our garden looking soo amazing.
