All food items are created by Chef Tonya B in hope of giving you LiFE with every bite you take. Yes WE are a restaurant, YES we serve good food to ALL the foodie taste Testers. But don't put us in a BOX or limit us because WE together are so much more than that. We are a community and LiFE is a Oasis for fresh food and produce within a FOOD DESSERT. LiFE Oasis for Peace within a war zone (Chicago). We are leaders leading our community and communities by example not just good words. Therefore we offer free community classes in hopes of evolving us into a better community. Classes are but not limited too: (Health & wellness, Fitness, Cardio, Yoga, Tae Chi)
