Most people associate music to something that happens in the background of a workout, driving, being out etc. and don't carve any time out to simply listen to music without other activity. Similarly, dancing usually occurs in a specific context with specific connotations, often in a drug and alcohol fueled environment. Meta-Motion isolates music and dance in a blacked-out room, creating a nonjudgemental, substance-free, and therapeutic space for those activities. Oh yeah, and it's f**king fun as hell!
