Clean Claim MD is looking for an Administrative Office Coordinator to join our team!

This is an important position in our office and perfect for someone who is organized, dependable, friendly, and enjoys being the person who helps keep everything running smoothly.

Responsibilities include answering patient billing calls, processing patient payments, preparing client deposits, scanning payment batches, ordering supplies, scheduling vendors, assisting our billing team, and handling the many day-to-day details that keep our office moving.

🏥 Medical office or medical billing experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

📅 Four-day workweek – Monday through Thursday
⏰ 7:30 AM–4:30 PM (possible 8:00 AM–5:00 PM on Thursdays)
📍 In-office position – not remote
💰 Pay based on experience
🌴 Accrued PTO

We are a small team, so we're looking for someone who enjoys pitching in, takes initiative, and doesn't always need to be told what needs to be done next.
