Swift Construction

Happy Labor Day to everyone out there workin like a dog!

A long time customer of Swift wanted a total remodel this time inside his own home.

3 new custom built fireplaces, pocket doors added throughout, new laundry room, with all new flooring and crown moulding throughout. New half bath with butler pantry and new lighting everywhere including in cabinets. New kitchen with sub zero appliances and custom cabinets.

The basement, which started as an unfinished space, came to life by adding a full wet bar, full bathroom, work-out room, an entertainment space with fireplace and a golf simulator on the opposite end with custom cabinetry everywhere too.

Big shout out to our engineer on this one! After we fixed some structural issues, he came up with yet again another genius solution to add ceiling height in a constricted basement for this customer’s swing on his golf simulator we added!!
