improvement. Having supported ports and terminals across six continents, he brings extensive expertise in helping customers maximize safety, uptime, and productivity.

We welcome Mark Searle to our sales organization as Technical Sales Representative for the United States. With more than 30 years of experience in the steel industry and a family legacy spanning five generations, Mark brings deep industry knowledge, maintenance leadership expertise, and a passion for helping customers improve safety, reliability, and operational uptime. Mark will support customers across the steel, aluminum, and heavy industries throughout the Western U.S. while helping drive the continued growth of Xtek's Material Handling Group.

We're looking for an experienced Buyer to manage purchasing for our manufacturing and production-support operations, supporting both Xtek and Xtek Precision Maintenance.

What you'll own:

• Full purchase-order cycle for raw materials, components, MRO supplies, and subcontracted services

• Supplier follow-up on delivery, quality, and pricing commitments

• Primary supplier contact when quality issues arise

• Development of new and alternate sources of supply

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years of purchasing or procurement experience

• ERP or MRP experience (Microsoft Dynamics 365 a plus)

• Ability to read engineering drawings

• Familiarity with steel grades and product forms preferred
