Riverside Collection In The East End

The Riverside Collection is a portfolio of residential new construction homes by Inman Custom Homes. Offering a number of build locations along Riverside Dr in the East End, Inman Custom homes is building a variety of spec & custom floor plans ranging from $599,000 - $2 Mil+. Every build is automatically eligible for the CRA Cincinnati Tax Abatement Program* providing a 10 year property tax abatement and there is an option to upgrade to a 15 year abatement**. Under this tiered program, a portion of the property taxes are forgiven for 10-15 years. Depending on how we structure your build you may have the opportunity to pay taxes on only the lot for 15 years - the savings can be hundreds of thousands of dollars over the course of the entire abatement period!

*** Note there are CRA Program Changes going into effect 1/1/2022. The new guidelines include adjustments to incentive tiers & corresponding tax abatement periods. While the tax savings opportunity will remain significant the savings will be slightly less than what the current program guidelines provide. Any builds started before 1/1/2022 will be grandfathered in. Located east of Downtown along the Ohio River, the East End offers residents a quiet river view suburban lifestyle and an easy 5 minute commute to downtown and surrounding areas. Nestled near Columbia Tusculum, the area offers bars, restaurants, coffee shops, parks, boat ramps, bike & walking trails - it's easy to live the good life here in The East End!
