Our Ignite Workforce Development cohorts are back in the classroom this fall and growing strong.

This year, 29 Perfection Group associates across three HVAC cohorts are building their skills through a combination of classroom learning and hands-on training with real equipment.

What makes Ignite special is who’s teaching it. Our instructors are Perfection leaders who have spent years in the field and are committed to passing on their knowledge and experience, strengthening the skilled workforce that will carry our industry forward.

They helped make Perfection what it is today. And they still show up for each other and the Perfection family.

This group of retirees meet almost every month. This time they invited Anthony J. Apro to Drew's on the River, and he said it best: "I could truly feel the care these gentlemen had for each other."

Most of them spent long careers with us. The work mattered. The friendships lasted.

Since Ed Albrecht founded Perfection Group in 1951, our company has continued to grow and evolve. But our foundation has never changed: work together, do what’s right, be transparent and build loyalty. Three generations later, those values still guide how we care for our people, serve our clients and build for what’s next.

This recognition belongs to every person who has helped carry Perfection forward and to the clients who continue to place their trust in us.

We loved celebrating Stefanie and her growing family with a baby shower at our Cincinnati office! Stephanie is a longtime member of our Perfection family and such an important part of our accounting team. We’re so excited for her and this next chapter. Congratulations, Stephanie!

We were honored to join Greater Clark County Schools in celebrating the opening of Parkwood Elementary, another important milestone for the district.

At the new 93,000 sq ft school, Perfection Group designed and installed the roofing and mechanical systems and will provide ongoing facility services. We’re grateful for their trust and look forward to helping Parkwood perform at its best for years to come.

Congratulations to Katie Hickerson, recipient of Perfection Group’s 2026 Eddie Albrecht Leadership Award, our highest employee honor.

Presented once every five years, this award recognizes an individual whose leadership reflects the values on which Perfection Group was built. Since Eddie Albrecht founded the company in 1951, those values have continued to define who we are.

Katie leads with passion, humility, genuine kindness, and a deep care for others. She takes the time to know her teammates, their families, and her clients, making people feel seen and valued. That compassion, paired with her steady leadership and unwavering commitment, has made a lasting impact on Perfection Group and everyone fortunate enough to work alongside her.

Katie, thank you for the example you set every day. You remind us that the strongest leaders are measured not only by what they accomplish, but by how they make others feel.

The future of construction depends on the next generation of skilled professionals. We're proud to support the Spirit of Construction Foundation and help share this scholarship opportunity for women pursuing careers in the industry.

This year, the Foundation will award one $2,000 scholarship and three $5,000 scholarships to women currently enrolled in a construction-related educational program, apprenticeship, or certification course.
