Evolution creative solutions is a Cincinnati-based, certified woman-owned business enterprise on a mission to provide businesses of all sizes creative solutions to their print, promotional, apparel and marketing challenges. We do this by creating easy, customer-centric systems that allow our team to help your business evolve through consistently beautiful branded materials and innovative creative solutions. We want organizations both large and small to feel like they have the ability to stand out and be bold. Started as KPB Commercial Printing in 1994, Evolution and KPB merged as Evolution creative solutions in 2013. Evolution provides a full spectrum of services to our customers and we continue to grow our services to excel beyond the market and achieve clients’ dreams.
Last week was a reminder of what makes this community so special.
Our Fun Beyond Paper Open House gives us a chance to open Evolution’s doors and bring together so many of the people who are part of what we do every day.
Clients who have trusted us for years. Vendor partners who help us bring ideas to life. Friends who continue to support us. New faces we had the chance to meet. And our Evolution team who put so much into making the day happen.
We talked a lot about the right ingredients for success leading up to the event, but the most important ingredient really was the people who showed up.
Thank you for spending the day with us. I hope you left with a new connection, a little inspiration, some fresh ideas and definitely a full belly.

People of EVO | Denise Craver
Keeping the numbers and the paper moving. 📊
For almost six years, Denise has been part of Team EVO as our Accounting Manager, handling full-cycle accounting for the company. Or, as she likes to call it, serving as EVO’s “professional paper shuffler.”
Favorite part of EVO:
The environment and the people are what have kept Denise here. In her words, EVO
is “a small company with a big heart.”
Fun Facts:
🏍️ 10,000+ miles: Denise is a motorcycle enthusiast who has logged more than 10,000 miles in the past three years.
👨👩👧👦 Big family: She has four children and nine grandchildren.
🍽️Dive diner fan: She loves finding random dive diners with friends and family.

Hats Off to Delegation will always be one of my favorites. 🎩
It was the first workshop I developed when I started this chapter of my work, and while it has evolved, one thing hasn't:
Delegation takes more than handing something off. It takes clarity.
I've seen firsthand what learning to let go can do for a business, a team, and the leader carrying it all.
