Begin your morning at Mt. Echo Park:
🧘 7–8 a.m. | Yoga
🎶 8–9 a.m. | Sound bath, live music and a forest therapy walk

Then, gather at Mt. Storm Park in the evening:
🧺 7–9 p.m. | Music, a community picnic and lawn games
🔭 7:30–8 p.m. | Explore the night sky through a telescope

Come for one gathering or enjoy both as we welcome the changing season through movement, nature and community connection.

🏡 Celebrating 25 Homesteading Families

As shared in Friday’s newsletter, Price Hill Will has now placed its 25th family in a home through our Homesteading Program. As a cornerstone of our organization, Homesteading creates pathways to homeownership, long-term stability, and generational impact for families in Price Hill.

This milestone reflects the dedication of our staff, partners, supporters, and every family that has participated in the program.

We’re grateful to The Farmer Family Foundation, PNC Bank, and SC Ministry for supporting this important work. With your partnership, we are able to reshape the lives of residents for generations to come.

🎨 Price Hill WILL Grills—and paints!

Join us Saturday, September 19, as we bring a colorful starburst design to the intersection of Price and Purcell avenues. This community painting project will add a little more beauty to the neighborhood while helping create a safer, more visible intersection in front of ARCO.

Our friends at National Commission for Black Arts & Entertainment are inviting young people ages 13–20 to explore careers in architecture, engineering, construction, real estate development and ownership through Building Tomorrow. We’re excited to see this free opportunity launch from NCBAE’s home at 3108 Warsaw Avenue on the Warsaw Avenue Creative Campus.

We’re planting seeds. 🌱 And giving them permission to imagine what they might build with them.

Momentum is building on Warsaw Avenue—and Greater Cincinnati Foundation is helping tell the story.

In a new feature, GCF explores how impact investing helped bring the Warsaw Avenue Creative Campus to life as a place where affordable housing, locally owned businesses, the arts, and community connection can grow together.

Through its Affordable Housing Impact Investment Pool, GCF provided a $3.6 million-plus project loan supporting the development of WACC. We’re grateful for GCF’s continued investment in Price Hill and its belief in what is possible when neighbors, funders, businesses, and community partners work toward a shared vision.

🎸 Apparently, one or two Bens just weren’t enough. Meet Ben #3!

Meet Ben Watson, our new Coordinator of Arts & Partnerships and, yes, officially the third Ben currently on the Price Hill Will team. We promise this was not a hiring requirement.

Ben’s journey with Price Hill Will actually started before his new role. Starting last summer, Ben was our Audio Video Production intern while finishing his studies at the University of Cincinnati’s College-Conservatory of Music (CCM).

In his new role, Ben manages ARCO and helps create opportunities for people to experience, participate in, and connect through the arts. From creative programming to community events, his work helps make ARCO a space where people can come together.

A lifelong music lover and guitar player, Ben believes in the power of the arts to build connections and create a more vibrant, inclusive community. 🎶

We’re excited to have Ben officially on the team—even if staff meetings are getting increasingly confusing.
