The kids will definitely want the shorts and short sleeves tomorrow. We'll start the morning in the 60s, but temperatures will climb to around 90 degrees by the afternoon!

Looking ahead to Friday night football, I think the rain will be out of here by kickoff. However, fields and bleachers will likely still be wet from earlier rainfall, so plan accordingly.
Temperatures will be comfortable, falling through the 60s during the evening. Overall, it looks like a decent night for football, just with a few leftover reminders that it rained earlier in the day.

Once we get past Friday's rain, we're in for an absolutely fantastic fall weekend.
Plenty of sunshine is expected both Saturday and Sunday. High temperatures will be in the upper 60s to lower 70s, making it feel more like October. Great weather for football, festivals, yard work, hiking, or simply spending some time outdoors.

Whitney from Hanover, IN sent me this photo this morning, and it's a pretty cool weather phenomenon known as a fog bow!
A fog bow forms much like a rainbow, but instead of sunlight being refracted through raindrops, it's passing through tiny water droplets suspended in fog. Because those droplets are so small, the colors blend together, giving the bow a white or faintly colored appearance.
They're not nearly as common as rainbows, which makes spotting one a special treat!
Thanks to Whitney for sharing this awesome photo from Hanover this morning.
