Saturdays are for rhythm.

Every Saturday, B-Fit brings dance, drumming, and language together for one morning of movement and connection — feet moving, drums calling, voices learning new words rooted in culture that goes back generations. It's not a workout class. It's not a language app. It's for everybody, no matter where you're starting from.

Dance, Drum & Language classes — every Saturday, 10am–1pm.

Kids join free. Adults, just $5 a class. Show up for one or ride the whole morning out — bring the kids, bring a friend, just bring yourself.
