We are thrilled to celebrate Gina Regan, Chief Philanthropy & Strategy Officer at the Corporation for Findlay Market, for being named to the Cincinnati Business Courier's 2026 Forty Under 40! 🏆

For 10 years, Gina has been woven into just about every part of Findlay Market. She leads our Development team, but her fingerprints are everywhere from Flavor of Findlay and Christmas Tree Sales to major projects, new programs and countless things in between.

She is often the person behind the scenes finding the resources, building the relationships and doing the work that allows big ideas to come to life. And most recently, she has boldly led our Findlay Forward campaign, helping pave the way for a vibrant Findlay Market for the next generation.

And she does it because she genuinely loves Findlay Market, this neighborhood and the people and businesses that make both so special.

Gina brings an incredible work ethic and a level of attention to detail that has made all of us better. But she also makes the work more fun. She’s funny, she’s someone people genuinely enjoy being around, and she has earned the trust and respect of everyone who works alongside her. And, her impeccable fashion sense deserves its own recognition.

Anyone who knows Gina also knows she would much rather be behind the scenes making sure everyone else shines.
