Does your dog have a favorite place to potty? Hopefully it isn't on your air conditioner. Dog urine causes corrosion.

This customer was having issues with their small 5 amp fuse blowing repeatedly. We found the issue at the wall with the 2 wire being bare against the refrigerant lineset.

We had to do some funkiness down at the bottom to secure it to the wall, but got the wire ran from inside to outside. They are cooling again.

Happy customers are what we strive for every day.

Airflow, airflow, airflow!!! You MUST have airflow for your system to work properly.

Having dirt buildup on your blower wheel causes multiple issues with your system and leads to blower motor failure.

Proper maintenance is key to a long lasting system..

Have you heard of a float switch? In our opinion it is one of the most important "safety's" on your cooling equipment. If this switch is not installed on your system, you can be looking at a tremendous headache soon with MAJOR repairs such as, sheet rock, insulation, mold removal, etc.

This switch is designed to be installed on your evaporator coil to shut down your system in the event of a clogged drain line. If the drain line clogs, the extra water that builds up has to go somewhere and it can cause one heck of a mess.

Get your safety "float" switch installed today before its too late. Most systems we've come to lately, HAVE NOT had them installed. Don't test your luck!! It's humid and your equipment is making more water now than it has all year.
