Sweet Potato Saison returns! This is one of our most requested “missing” beers, so all seven of you better come and drink it. Our kitchen roasts almost 200 # of sweet potatoes which get tossed into a decoction mash. Little bit of fresh ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg get hung in the whirlpool and then the saison yeast does the rest! Look at that beautiful hue! 6.7% ABV. Draft and crowlers to-go.

Sweet Potato Saison is back, on tap and ready to pour!

We’re picking up an array of aromas and flavors. Very complex with apple c***r, baking spices, bubblegum, toasted bread and sweet floral expressions. Flavors carry into a slightly dry finish. 6.7% Abv

Fresh cans! Just packaged up Droppin’ Smooth Beats Hazy IPA for the first time. Italian Pils returns after a year off and is snappy as ever. Nöblebräu Kellerbier is back in cans with some small tweaks that were really enjoying! Which one you grabbing first? (I’m reaching for Italian Pils right now)

The Home Opener is here! To get Browns fans in the mood, we’re selling these handmade dog bone pretzels made by Cleveland’s own Tradesmen Pretzel Co. Alongside our 3 cheese sauce and honey mustard — they barely fit in a boat! Expect to see more of these for all our game days.

We’ve got our tailgate menu all day! Doors open at 10!

Hey, look, we’re in a magazine! Early this spring I asked the SNOBS if they’d like to help out with an experiment. We wanted to do some R&D on English yeast strains in advance of opening anthologycaskhouse. We brewed a simple Golden Ale wort at Noble Beast and then divided it up into eight homebrew-sized batches and one larger batch to remain at Noble Beast. This allowed us to ferment with 9 different yeast strains, then taste them all side-by-side. It was a great way to learn the intricacies of the different strains then apply that knowledge to our cask ale program at Anthology. Big thanks to Jay O'Neill for helping organize the project and writing this article! Stop on over to the Cask House to enjoy the results!

Fresh lettuce is a pretty good tell. 🥬
If it’s fresh, chances are the rest of the place is doing things right, too.
That’s why we like working with Tyler’s Farm. They’re local, they’ve got fresh quality ingredients, and they always have what we need when we need it —
Good stuff, from good people, right down the road.

Droppin’ Smooth Beats Hazy IPA just canned on Monday! Fresh as can be and ready to roll. Not too often we can up a hazy, too busy making hype la**rs, so grab some before they’re gone. Mosaic, Idaho 7, and Citra combine to create big aromas of guava, tropical citrus, and passion fruit. Soft and drinkable. 6.3% ABV
