We’re proud to welcome Andrew Wollschleger to the Driven 4 team as Chief Operating Officer of Driven 4 Group and President of Driven 4 Development.

Andy brings more than 23 years of experience across construction and real estate, with a career spanning finance, operations, and development. For the past decade, his focus has been real estate development, particularly value-add opportunities and historic rehabilitation projects.

That experience is important. But just as important is how Andy approaches leadership.

Those qualities align directly with what D4 Life means to us.

His role represents more than growth in leadership.

Outside of work, Andy enjoys golfing, staying active, and coaching and supporting his kids’ sports teams.

Driven 4 Construction is proud to be part of an exciting new project now underway at the historic Camp Perry in Port Clinton, Ohio—home to generations of competitive marksmanship and the National Matches for more than a century.

The Civilian Marksmanship Program is making a major investment in the future of the sport with a new Olympic-quality indoor shooting and competition facility designed to create year-round opportunities for athletes at every level.

t the heart of the expansion will be a 32-point indoor range capable of hosting 25- and 50-meter r***e and pistol competition, along with expanded capacity for air-gun events and stadium seating for more than 400 spectators. The facility will help support everything from youth and Junior Olympic development to NCAA, USA Shooting and national-level competitions.

This is more than a new building. It’s an investment in athletes, training, competition and the next generation of the sport—all while building upon more than 100 years of history at Camp Perry.

We’re excited to see the dirt moving, proud to be part of the team bringing this project to life, and ready to get to work.

🏡 A Groundbreaking That Means More Than Breaking Ground

This project is officially underway—and this one is a big one.

While this family continues living in their home, our team is beginning a complete renovation, remodel and addition that will transform the way they live, gather and enjoy their home for years to come.

The scope includes excavating and expanding the basement for the new addition, creating a brand-new custom kitchen, and transforming the existing kitchen into a dedicated entertainment and gathering space designed for time with family and friends.

It’s a tremendous amount of work. It requires careful planning, constant coordination and a team that understands we aren’t simply working on a house—we’re working in someone’s home.

They’ve trusted us with that responsibility, and we’re ready to deliver.

From the first dig to the final detail, we can’t wait to watch this transformation come to life.
