He’s a graduate of Cleveland Central Catholic High School where he was a stand out football athlete. He then went on to play at the University of Maryland, Dean College and Towson University.

Monte shows our core principles in everyday life. He’s a hard worker who is also an author of a children’s book (ABC Rugby League) and Founder of Cleveland Rugby League.
Not only does he have those accolades, he also his own Home Inspection Company (KCMG Home Inspections).
If you name it, he has done it.
His goals are to inspire the youth and have more black & brown faces in the sport of Rugby.

I’ve known Monte for over 15 years and his motor is all on GO!!! He’s always trying to find a way to support his family and his community.

Nobles Darby IV is the CEO and founder of Elavate Marketing, associate pastor of Triumph Ministries, Area Director for Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA), Co-Host of Faith Out Front Podcast, a sneaker enthusiast, YouTuber, and an absolutely amazing husband, uncle, brother, and friend.

To most he’s “Nobe,” and if he doesn’t have you laughing so hard you begin to cry lol he’s praying with you, believing with you, and pouring into your life. Possibly one of the most selfless people you’ll ever meet and has a heart of pure gold. He’s a great man of faith and his love for God guides him in all that he does.

Nobles is a protector! He not only protects the one’s that he loves but he also provides for them in ways that will last for a lifetime. It may not always be monetary but there’s always some value and wisdom to glean from him. He’s diligent, hard working (he puts his all into everything that he does), and never backs down from a challenge! He’s caring, loving, and admired by many. Nobles is a huge inspiration to us all!

With over a decade of social work experience, He has been fostered a culture of care and accountability. His leadership style translates into an exceptional ability to influence people, programs, and projects with grace and distinction. He has found a joy in helping students identify their strengths and partnering with families and educators to create attainable goals.
He has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology with minors in Spanish, English, and Gender Studies and Master of Science Degree in Social Work.
I remember the day I met Shake, he was always the first in the weight room and the last to leave during and after football season. He has always been an hard worker all is life. He never let that haters or doubters get him down. I’m proud to have watch my lil bro grow into the man he is today!!!
