1️⃣ Don't be afraid of patterns! Bold prints bring eye-catching energy to any space, especially a neutral room that needs a moment. A leopard chair, a floral sofa, a graphic pillow, any one of these can transform four plain walls from forgettable to unforgettable. Pattern is personality. Own it!
2️⃣ Mix & match is more than okay; it's encouraged! Zebra with black floral. Leopard with teal botanical. Pink velvet with cheetah. Mixing prints is an art, not an accident, and the secret is staying within a tonal family. When the colors speak the same language, the patterns can say whatever you want them to.
3️⃣ Patterns need statement anchors. When you're working with bold prints, always give the eye one place to land: a sculptural vase, a special lumbar pillow, a trinket that stops the scroll. That single grounding object turns a maximalist room into a curated one.

We partnered with the amazing team at Howard Hanna Chagrin Falls and beautifully staged 5147 Pinckneya Drive, North Royalton, OH, transforming an already gorgeous colonial into a space buyers can truly picture themselves in. From the sunlit family room to the show-stopping primary suite retreat, every detail was styled with intention.
