Last Saturday we were able to provide our peers and their children with professional haircuts to get them ready for the coming schoolyear. We were glad to see so many people come to our Lumpkin County office and enjoy this service. We would like to thank Vanessa Baca, Johnny Nichols, and Mak Hair Institute for providing their time and services to the community.

🐎🌿 Our Final Serenity Ride of 2026 🌿🐎

What a wonderful way to wrap up this year's Serenity Ride season! We couldn't have asked for better weather, and we were grateful to spend the afternoon enjoying the beautiful trails, meaningful conversations, and time together in recovery.

A special thank you to our incredible guides, Killian and John with Chattahoochee Stables, whose kindness, patience, and passion helped make each ride a memorable experience for everyone who joined us.

We are also deeply grateful to The P-Man Foundation for making these rides possible and for investing in opportunities that promote connection, healing, and hope through recovery.

To everyone who joined us throughout this year's Serenity Rides—thank you for being part of these special days. We hope you made memories, built new friendships, and discovered another reminder that recovery can be filled with adventure, laughter, and community.

Here's to a wonderful season, and we look forward to riding together again in 2027.

All spots have been filled for the Serenity Ride, this Sunday. This is our last tour for 2026, but we hope to be able to do this again next year. Thanks again to The P-Man Foundation for their support in funding this event, and Chattahoochee Stables for providing the wonderful horses and terrain.

Thank you to everyone that came out to our Lumpkin County Listening Session. We had people from all sorts of different fields within the community. Ranging from law enforcement, rehabilitation centers, residents from local sober living programs, and accountability courts.
We were able to get important feedback, and suggestions that will better shape how we move forward in providing assistance to the Lumpkin County community.
We would also like to thank the Georgia Council for Recovery for coming out and providing the participants with valuable information regarding the substance use crisis in Georgia. As well as the Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities and the Georgia Opioid Crisis Abatement Trust, without which this would not have been possible.
