Proclaiming Jesus is Lord and on His way to receive His church. You must be born again. John 3:3
Thought for the Day
Ps. 91: 1 reads, He that dwelleth in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. KJV
There is safety, protection and security when you dwell in the secret place of the Most High. He not only sustains you but will not allow any evil to come near you.
Remember before Satan could approach Job he had to get permission. He was restricted in what he could do. He could only go as far as he was permitted. Job 1:10 reads, Have not thou made an hedge about him and about his house, and about all that he has on every side KJV?
But what is this secret place referred to? Great Text Commentaries reads the secret place is the man who dwells in “the secret place of the Most High” is he who ventures his all upon God. With a sure and steadfast trust, with a simple but unwavering faith, he gives himself, his all, into the keeping of God. He surrenders himself to God, and by that very act he is taken near to God; he is put in the secret place of the Most High and becomes one of “God’s hidden ones.” By his act of absolute self-surrender he has attained to that state which the Apostle Paul describes in language very similar to that of the Psalmist—only going a little further than the latter with his imperfect light could go—when he says, “Ye died, and your new life is hid with Christ in God.”
Thought for the Day
What are are you confessing?
- With His stripes I am healed! (Is. 53:5)
-The symptoms return (sometimes worse)! You confess I feel bad/sick/pain – you just stepped OFF the Word. Repent & refocus! Hold on to with His stripes I am healed!
-Out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks – Mat. 12:34 - Oh God, what is in my heart? David wrote – Create in me a clean heart oh God. - Ps 51:10
- When we speak the word and confess the opposite (I am broke/I am sick/I am anxious), we are sending heaven a confusing message.
- Your words stopped your blessing! If you don’t know what to say -BE QUIET!
Thought for the Day
What are you believing?
- The Word of God is the absolute truth of the integrity of God.
- It cannot lie.
-Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.- Ps 119:105
- The storm comes to move you OFF the Word
- REPENT – Refocus on the Word – Confess the Word
- Hold fast to the Word – like a bulldog
-The just shall live by Faith - Rom. 1:17– not sight or senses!
Thought for the day
If it be God's will sounds so spiritual but do you realize His word is His will?
- Meditate on His word then you will know His will
- For out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks
- You get what you speak
- No idle words
- Words have power
- If you don't know what to speak be QUIET until the Holy Spirit reveals to you what to speak
- Christians are part of a new Kingdom
- Don't align with the old kingdom or the world
- For goodness sake stop agreeing with what you see- now faith (what do you believe -speak that)
