Benjamin Rose is now offering four new behavioral health group therapy programs designed to meet a variety of mental health needs in a supportive group setting.

Our new groups include:
• Illness Management and Recovery
• Keepers
• Help Me Cope
• Lift Me Up

Each program focuses on building skills, fostering resilience and helping participants navigate everyday challenges with the support of trained professionals and peers.
