Get comfortable as we review! 1) Enterprise Transition Lead for 4 years with Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, 2) Founder of Asera LLC which partners with organizations to manage transformations, strengthen governance and optimize operations that enable scalable, sustainable growth, 3) Founder of a nonprofit organization called 876 Collective whose work focuses on expanding access to affordable housing, financial education, workforce development, and economic opportunities for underserved communities, 4) Helming a residential real estate development company her brother which is renovating several projects in Cleveland and East Cleveland. The homes will eventually provide housing for veterans and people returning to the community after incarceration.

Jodi-Ann grew up in Montego Bay, Jamaica and has lived in 10 different US and Canadian cities before landing in downtown Cleveland with her feisty ginger cat named Lady. She earned double BS degrees from the University of the West Indies.in Biotechnology and Pure Chemistry. She also has earned an M.B.A. in International Business Management. Jodi-Ann is certified as Project Management Professional (P.M.P) and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

When Jodi-Ann is able to carve out time, then she enjoys collecting passport stamps. She counts Los Cabos, Mexico Toronto Canada and home country of Jamaica as her favorite places to visit. She started weight lifting and
loves it, but does not want to let that be known to her personal trainer! Jodi-Ann is interested in resuming volunteerism with Rotary International. Who among you can connect with her on it or anything else in this spotlight???

Shining the spotlight on Limelight Member Mitch Mikoletic. He is a Senior Vice President and Head of Mergers & Acquisitions with Keystone Agency Partners; a rapidly growing insurance brokerage platform that acquires and partners with independent insurance agencies throughout the US. The company just celebrated it's 6th anniversary in June. It's been outstanding to witness the Keystone's growth since joining Limelight 2.5 years ago and now they have a private office at our Tremont location.

Mitch grew up in Columbia Station. He earned his undergraduate degree in Finance and Marketing from Ashland University. Since college, Mitch has lived in multiple places ( Bellvue, KY, downtown Cleveland, Lakewood and Bay Village) and currently lives in Hudson with his wife, daughter, son and Bernedoodle puppy. Those last three are all under the age of 2.5 years resulting in a lively household.

While focusing on family time, Mitch manages to enjoy a little real estate investing and an occasional round of golf. He stays physically and mentally fit by hiking Cuyahoga Valley National Park, weightlifting, bike riding and meditation (strives for five days a week).

Congratulations to Limelight Tremont members MUSE on their 15th anniversary. Love that they decorated their office! Really would love more members to share when they achieve these milestones!

Shining the spotlight on Limelight Member Sean McClain. He is the CEO and Principal CRM Engineer of Lakefront Data Solutions, a company that started in May of 2024. Sean is certified as a data engineer / ML engineer in most major cloud platforms and holds many platform certifications in Salesforce and other CRM platforms. Before starting his company, he managed data engineering and business intelligence at several agencies.

He grew up in Canton, Ohio. He attended The Ohio State University and earned a degree in business with a minor in entrepreneurship. After undergrad, Sean returned to the University of Akron to earn a MBA with a minor in computer science and analytics. He moved to Cleveland for a job in 2018 and where he met his wife Karen.

Outside of work Sean enjoys preparing for and racing in Ironman-distance triathlons. When he's not running, swimming, or biking, Sean plays and hosts Magic: The Gathering tournaments at local venues around Cleveland. The tournaments typically draw 80 - 100 attendees who compete for cash prizes and trophies. He also can be counted on to cheer on his wife on the weekends when she competes in horseback riding events.
