We're excited to share our submission this year: the Lorain County Crisis & Receiving Center. Designed for the Mental Health, Addiction + Recovery Services (MHARS) Board of Lorain County, the facility provides dedicated spaces for crisis observation, substance use disorder treatment, and compassionate mental health care. Thoughtfully designed to be welcoming and recovery-focused, the center helps create a more accessible, dignified experience for those seeking support.

Kaylyn joins Perspectus as an Interior Designer after five years specializing in multifamily housing, adaptive reuse, and historic preservation. She is excited to expand her experience into healthcare design while collaborating with the firm's interdisciplinary team.

Outside of work, Kaylyn enjoys traveling, exploring Cleveland's coffee shops and restaurants, and finding inspiration through architecture and historic places.

We’re excited to welcome Rachel Haught back to the Perspectus team! Rachel brings extensive experience in Revit, BIM coordination, and construction documentation across healthcare, education, hospitality, retail, and municipal projects. Her collaborative approach and passion for thoughtful, functional design make her a valuable addition to the team.

Outside the office, Rachel volunteers with City Dogs Cleveland and enjoys Guardians games, paddleboarding, and spending time with her rescue dog, Violet. We’re thrilled to have her back at Perspectus!
