Budget binder?

So I love tattooing flash, aka pre drawn designs for repeated use. So much fun. I keep seeing people putting up budget binders full of designs at set prices. Any of my clients interested? If so what kind of designs? What price? Should there be a different price for black and grey or color? Outline only option? Tell me what you think and maybe I'll make it happen.
