Last week, 111 attendees came together at Inter.co Stadium for the 2026 Orlando Sports & Entertainment Career Expo hosted by Orlando Pride.
The room brought together a wide mix of people, from Stetson University students exploring careers in sports to experienced professionals looking for their next opportunity, all there to connect with hiring managers and learn more about the industry.

The day kicked off with an executive panel featuring leaders from Orlando Pride and Orlando City SC, covering strategy and analytics, ticket sales, creative, marketing and events.

💡 A few things that stood out from the event:

The conversation doesn’t have to end when the panel does. The Orlando Pride and Orlando City panelists greeted attendees, giving them the chance to take what they heard on stage and turn it into one-on-one conversations.

We’re spotlighting LOVB Los Angeles, the newest franchise in League One Volleyball.

Set to debut at Intuit Dome in Inglewood, LOVB Los Angeles is bringing professional women’s volleyball to Southern California while building on LOVB’s youth-to-pro pathway. The team is the seventh franchise in the league and will take the court during LOVB’s third professional season!

🏁 Last week, Indianapolis Motor Speedway opened its doors for a career event unlike most!

Students, recent graduates and career changers stepped inside the 2026 Career Forum hosted by IMS, INDYCAR & IMS Productions to meet the people behind opportunities across motorsports, pro sports, collegiate athletics, and more.

The centerpiece of the afternoon was the “Behind the Hire: What Actually Gets You Noticed” panel, bringing together leaders from across different areas of the sports business.
