A busy week is ahead at MedWish MedWorks! 🦷🩺

As we prepare to welcome hundreds of volunteers and thousands of patients to our large annual 2-Day Dental + Medical Clinic, our donation hours will be limited this week.

We will be accepting donations Wednesday, Oct. 7 ONLY, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

We appreciate your understanding as our staff gets ready to provide free dental and medical care to our community. Our warehouse will be closed Friday during the clinic.

Need dental, medical or women’s health care? MedWish MedWorks is bringing free healthcare services to our community on:

Services include dental cleanings, fillings, extractions, dentures and temporary partials for adults. Dental screenings and sealants for children.

Plus women’s health exams, mammograms, primary care exams, vision and foot screenings, HIV and glucose testing and flu shots.

No cost. No insurance needed.

Walk-ins only, first-come, first-served. So arrive early!

A big thank you to the students at Central School of Practical Nursing for rolling up their sleeves and spending a couple of days in our warehouse sorting medical supplies!

Their volunteer efforts support our work to get medical supplies where they’re needed. And as a longtime Alternative Recycling recipient, the school is also helping us give materials a second life and keep viable supplies out of landfills. ♻️

On October 9 + 10, MedWish MedWorks is hosting our FREE 2-Day Dental + Medical Clinic, providing high-quality care to our community. We need healthcare professionals and community volunteers to help make it happen!

🩺 Medical Professionals: Women’s health practitioners & podiatrists
🤝 Community Volunteers: Help with setup, greeting and guiding patients, translating, registration, check-out & more!

We’re feeling grateful today for the wonderful volunteers from Beaumont School who recently spent a morning with us for their Day of Service!

These amazing students joined us in our fine sort area, rolling up their sleeves and helping sort and organize medical supplies. Their time and hard work help us get essential supplies ready to reach the communities that need them most.

We love welcoming groups who are eager to give back, lend a helping hand and make a difference. Thank you, Beaumont School, for sharing your time and kindness with us and for being part of our mission to bring healthcare access to all!

🎉 800 local giving orders — and counting!

We’re celebrating a milestone: our team recently filled our 800th local giving order of the year, providing 315 pounds of medical supplies and equipment to Future Hope Foundation and Executive Director Michael Opuni Asiedu, who picked up the supplies for the organization.

Headquartered in Solon, Future Hope Foundation operates as Aiding Hands International, working to empower and support underprivileged and vulnerable communities in the U.S. and Africa. Through partnerships like this, supplies that might otherwise go unused are put to good use helping people access the care and resources they need.

Each order represents an opportunity to put vital supplies to work and make a difference in the communities we serve.
