Manufacturing Works

The foundation of our work as a trusted advisor is the relationships we have with the owners and key employees of small and mid-sized privately held and family-owned manufacturing businesses that are Members of our organization. These relationships have been fostered through regular and continuous personal contact to identify the challenges and opportunities of these businesses and to assist in providing solutions. In addition to serving our Members, we assist manufacturing businesses in the City of Cleveland through the Cleveland Industrial Retention Initiative (CIRI) program. Funded through the City's Department of Economic Development, this program is an integral part of Mayor Frank Jackson's plan to link manufacturing businesses to valuable community resources.
