Updated set of iron GT40 SBF heads for a customers Fox Body road race project. The rules require the use of factory cast iron cylinder heads, so we decided to improve these a bit with an updated valve job, minor bowl blending, back cutting the intake valves, milling to reduce chamber volume and increase compression, and the addition of a Trick Flow valve spring kit.

408 SBC shortblock finished up. Build in a Summit/BPE cast iron block. 3.75” stroke LPC 4340 forged crank, 6” LPC forged H beam rods with ARP 2000 bolts, and a set of 4.165” bore Mahle PowerPak forged pistons. We’ll be finishing up the top end soon.

406 LS long block for a Supercharged C6 Corvette. S**t 4” stroke crankshaft, K1 rods, CP pistons, PRC Heads.

Aftermarket aluminum Gen 3 Hemi block freshly decked and machined for wire o’rings.

Yesterday it was O’rings in blocks and today it’s heads. Figure eight O’rings in Coyote heads that are being used with copper gaskets. The figure eight pattern keeps the ring away from the large chamber. This isn’t the most common way to machine grooves in decks as it was done on our boring machine using a reference plate.
