Ten years ago, this photo captured a young woman at her White Coat Ceremony as a student in the Biomedical Program at Glen Burnie High School. 🩺✨

N’Kaiya didn’t just dream about becoming a physician—she started living that dream early.

She later returned to the very same high school, not as a student, but as a Chemistry teacher, inspiring the next generation. While there, she also founded the Black Student Union and served as the Student Government Advisor, creating opportunities for students to lead, grow, and find their voices.

Today, she’s taking the next step on the journey she’s been working toward for years…
