Brevard County’s Carol Craig Named by Female Space Founders – Among Global Leaders in the Space Industry - Space Coast Daily The Female Space Founders project recently named Brevard County’s Carol Craig, among a list of women from around the world, as leaders in the space industry. Craig is the founder of Sidus Space and Craig Technologies.

This week the team was on-site at our Space Coast manufacturing facility to conduct fit-check and separation testing of the CarboNIX deployment system on our next satellite.

The testing validates the mechanical interface between LizzieSat’s baseplate and the separation system and confirms proper functioning of the release mechanism and interface compatibility. It is one of the last major validation tests before the vehicle proceeds to final integrated system testing.
