CMS Families,

I wanted to provide a brief update regarding the power outage affecting our area today.

At this time, Collierville Middle School remains safe, and we are continuing with the school day as normally as possible. All students have been served lunch, and our staff is continuing to supervise and support students throughout the remainder of the day.

Please note that all extracurricular activities and after-school events hosted at CMS are canceled this afternoon due to the outage.
Student dismissal will take place as normal, and we will follow our regular afternoon procedures.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this situation. If there are any additional updates that impact school operations, we will communicate those to families as soon as possible.

Thank you for your support of CMS.

Tomorrow morning!!! Come support your Dragon Cheerleaders and enjoy a sweet treat to start your Friday!!

🙏❤️ MEET ME AT THE POLE ❤️🙏

This morning, CMS Dragons gathered together for Meet Me at the Pole, joining students across the country for a national day of student-led prayer.

Since it’s inception in 1992, Meet Me at the Pole has brought students together around their school flagpoles to pray for their schools, classmates, teachers, families, communities, and more.

We are thankful for the students who came together this morning and for the opportunity for our Dragons to support and encourage one another. ❤️
