David Pate Notary

I've also continued my education by getting certified as a notary signing agent through the NNA and LSS. I know mistakes and missed signatures can cause a myriad of problems such as delayed closings, re-signs, as well as the dreaded missed rate lock. This is why I believe my affinity for attention to detail is an asset. I also know how important it is that the notaries you work with are communicative and prioritize getting to FedEx and scan-backs in a timely manner. These are all items I strive to model in my business as well. Formerly, I worked in the mortgage industry for many years so I am familiar with HELOC's, Reverse Mortgages, Refinances, seller packages, and many more. I'm interested in expanding your service in my area. My name is David Pate and I would like to partner with you to do flawless loan signings in my area. I'm more than a notary. I don't go to a loan signing table "just to notarize the documents". I go there to help the client through the process of closing the loan. I am empathetic to the sensitive emotional nature of the process and I strive to make sure the signers are comfortable during the transaction. I think this would be of benefit to you.
