In observance of Labor Day, we will have Open Mat from 9AM-12PM. There will not be classes in the evening.

No two people on this mat started the same way. Some came in throwing hands for the first time. Some have been grinding gi and no-gi for years. Doesn’t matter — everybody’s welcome, everybody works.
