: The 39th annual Columbia Greek Festival starts today at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Cathedral, but the church’s tradition of sharing Greek food with Columbia goes back decades.
This 1966 photo shows women preparing Greek pastries for a bazaar at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church. Nearly 60 years later, Greek pastries are still among the foods you can find at the festival today.
