Worship and Free Home-cooked Meal 🍽️

Tonight (and every Sunday) at 6 pm, we will gather at the MSN building located at 728 Pickens St (across from Women’s Quad). We will begin with a time of worship and community followed by a free home-cooked dinner. It’s a perfect way to wind down your weekend and connect with other students. Free parking is available behind the building.

Tonight is the second week in our “What’s Your Story?” series. Join us as members from Journey and Wesley UMC’s share their stories and answer questions!

BELONG 🐻

Fall Retreat highlights from Black Mountain, NC! 🍂 We hiked, cooked together, and found God in community. Huge thanks to our guest speaker, the Rev. Dr. Melanie Dobson, for guiding us through belonging and group spiritual direction. Already looking forward to next year!

Fall Retreat is a wonderful weekend in the beautiful mountains to build community, have fun, and grow in our faith together. The weekend is always a highlight of the semester that you won’t want to miss!

The cost is $30 and includes everything: meals, lodging, transportation, and a t-shirt. Scholarships are available, so don’t let cost prevent you from joining. Register by Sunday, September 13 to guarantee we’ll have a t-shirt in your size!

We’re excited to start having lunch together! Bring your lunch to Russell House Room 201 between 11-2. This is a great opportunity to get to know each other!

Last night we had our first weekly Worship and Dinner. We kicked off our You Belong series by talking about tables! Communion tables, dinner tables, and tables in unlikely places with unlikely people. We are already looking forward to this Sunday, September 6th. Thank you to our meal providers for a delicious meal.
