Transitions Homeless Center

Our friends at Unum continue to show up for Transitions in so many ways!

Their team recently volunteered in our kitchen, but their support goes well beyond serving meals. Over the years, their staff have hosted clothing drives, brought Christmas cheer through their annual caroling at Transitions, and sponsored our upcoming Reconstructing Home event!

A big thank you to Elevation Church for spending part of Love Week at Transitions!

Their team spent Saturday working in our Day Center garden, planting, refreshing our garden beds, and helping make this space more welcoming for the people we serve.
