Something new has been taking shape at Clean Slate Expression. ❤️

Actually… it’s been taking shape in my heart for quite a while.

Over the past several months, I’ve been praying, creating, rebuilding, changing things, changing them back 😂, and asking God what Clean Slate Expression was supposed to become in this new season.

And little by little, the pieces began coming together.

It became The Creative House.

A Christ-centered online creative space where faith, creativity, encouragement, prayer, and community can come together.

And inside this digital Creative House are five unique Rooms—each created around a different season of our walk with Christ.

And yes… I designed the Rooms like actual spaces you can step inside and explore. 😂❤️

Each Room will have its own personality and purpose, with Scripture, encouragement, prayer, creativity, resources, stories, and little things to discover along the way.

But underneath all of it is the same foundation:

Christ.

The Creative House is rooted in Christ and built on prayer.

And I’m so excited to finally tell you that the first Room is OPEN. 🌸

Hello, Friends and Family! 🌸

I am SO excited to finally share a little of what has been happening behind the scenes with Clean Slate Expression!

For many years, through some of the hardest seasons of my life, God continued to bring a thought back to my heart—that someday He might use what I had walked through to encourage and help other women. I didn't know what that would look like or how it could ever become something real. It was simply an idea I carried, prayed about, and returned to again and again.

Over time, that little idea began to grow into a dream—and now, for the first time, it feels like a dream I can actually put into action. As I've worked on the new Clean Slate Expression website, God has continued to expand the vision far beyond what I originally imagined. The website is about 95% complete, but somewhere along the way, it became so much more than a website. And I am SO excited to finally begin sharing it with you.

And this is where that dream has led—to the Clean Slate Expression Creative House, a welcoming space where faith, creativity, encouragement, and community come together to help women grow, create, and discover the unique expression God created them to be.

And the first room is opening this Friday! 🌸

Grace in Bloom: Identity will open for the first time as part of a women’s Bible study at Cornerstone International Church & Ministries. We’ll spend time in worship, God’s Word, encouragement, fellowship, and, of course, creative expression—we’re going to make something too!

I don't want to show you everything yet 😉, but I wanted to give you a little peek at the artwork and what I've been creating.

I have prayed over this, dreamed about it, designed it, redesigned it 😂, and poured a whole lot of my heart into it.

I can't wait for you to see it. I really think this is going to be an awesome experience!

Preparing for an event on May 9th and I'd love for you to come

On May 9th, I’ll be sharing the very first 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐁𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐦 heirloom pieces at the 𝑆𝑝𝑟𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝐹𝑙𝑖𝑛𝑔: 𝐹𝑙𝑜𝑤𝑒𝑟𝑠 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝐹𝑢𝑛 event in Hopkins, SC.

My friend has graciously opened it up for me to invite my own community — so if you’re local and would like to come, send me a message and I’ll share the details. 💜

And if I’m honest — I’m building in a stretching season.
Reorganizing my craft space.
Designing new bloom layouts.
Managing contract work that shifts week to week.

Building a new brand while navigating uncertain income requires faith.

Some weeks feel steady.
Some feel unknown.
But in this uncertain season, I’m choosing faithful reliance on God — one step at a time.

Not rushing.
Not panicking.
Not quitting.

Just trusting Him as I step into something new.

For over 20 years, I’ve worked as a graphic designer — and now I’m slowly translating those same skills into layered fabric, texture, and heirloom scripture art.

It feels familiar… and new all at once. But I’m moving forward anyway.

Victory doesn’t mean no anxiety. It means walking with God through it.

This event isn’t about perfection.
It’s about encouragement.

And I’m preparing slowly. Prayerfully. Steadily.
