As the local organization of a national Clean Cities Coalition, we are committed to expanding statewide, clean, and fuel-neutral infrastructure that supports our state's environmental and economic vitality. We also partner with cross-sector transportation industry organizations and advocate to promote and implement sustainable energy practices.

Clean Fuels Ohio is excited to welcome two new board members who joined us in June and July!

Patrick Harris serves as Chief of External Relations for the Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA). As part of COTA’s leadership team, he advances initiatives that grow ridership, elevate the customer experience, and shape policies that expand access to transit. Patrick oversees regional mobility partnerships and leads COTA’s outreach and communications strategy for LinkUS, working closely with capital delivery teams to bring the LinkUS vision to life.

Nate Shadoin serves as a tenured fleet professional with over a decade of experience helping fleets, both government and commercial, deploy electric vehicles and charging systems. In 2018, Nate helped the City of Columbus, Dublin, Worthington, and Hilliard deploy over 200 EVs into their fleets using the Smart Cities Program that awarded grant funding for both vehicles and chargers. Nate is on the board of advisors for Current Trucking, a commercial vehicles as a service (VaaS) company specializing in funding EV trucks, vans and chargers.

He is also the Commercial Sales Manager for Mercedes Benz of West Chester, OH representing the Sprinter brand. Nate is an owner/operator of a commercial, public fast charger near the Cincinnati/Northern KY International Airport (CVG). He resides in Cincinnati with his wife and three children.

That's a wrap on MAATSE!

The Mid-Atlantic Advanced Transportation Summit and Expo wrapped up last week in Harrisonburg, Virginia, bringing together leaders in the transportation space from across the region to share insights, expand networks, and get fleet owners up close with the latest vehicles and alternative fuel technologies.

Clean Fuels Ohio made sure to bring representation from the Buckeye State with a raffle basket of some of our favorite local sweet treats and libations!
