We want to take a moment to spotlight one of our amazing volunteers, Ashley Blessing!

Ashley began volunteering at THREE in 2024 and has been a consistent presence since. Ashley brings a special light into THREE that is hard to replicate! She is friendly, conscientious, funny, and has made deep connections with our clients. Ashley has created dignity, trust, and hope at THREE and we are so thankful.

Volunteering over 100 hours Ashley is a perfect example of why consistency matters to our clients.
Seeing the same faces and hearing the same voices can help our clients feel at peace.
Seeing the same people, talking and laughing with the same people, is where trust begins.

Ashley graduated from Hilliard Darby with Summa Cum Laude and as a member of the National Honor Society and National Art Society. She is heading to the University at Buffalo to study Marketing!

We are so proud of you and can not wait to see the amazing things you do! Thank you for all you have done at THREE!

Today we celebrate the day all those enslaved finally learned of their freedom! Although the Emancipation Proclamation was signed on January 1st 1863, declaring all enslaved in the Confederate States free, many African Americas were still kept in bonds years later. On June 19th 1865 those enslaved in Galveston, Texas and areas where slavery was protected, were finally informed the Civil War was over and they were free!

At THREE many of our clients feel they do not have freedom. They feel trapped in their current state.

At THREE we believe freedom lives within.
Our goal is to help our clients connect with their autonomy and freedom that they already possess through resources and holistic care.

Did you know we have a food truck?!

Let me introduce you to ✨Bite Back✨

Bite Back is a non-profit social enterprise that provides
COMO with an annual income that goes directly into
THREE Women’s center, TWO Men’s center, our transitional housing program, and more.

While Bite Back functions like a normal food truck most of the time, it has four major goals:
1. Expand COMO’s funding base with an annual income.
Keep those doors open!
2. Serve free meals through our mobile kitchen to locations and people who may not be able to access our drop-in centers.
3. Grow public awareness of not only COMO, but of s*x trafficking, substance use disorder, homelessness and more.
4. Become a second chance employer, offering employment to our clients that have previously been involved in the system.

Our slogan is it ✨Eat Good to do Good✨
Every meal, every bite, every dollar spent makes sure we continue to provide safe spaces and resources to marginalized communities in Columbus.

It’s time for our annual Mothers Day Celebration!

Mothers Day can be a difficult time for some of our clients.
Some have not been able to see their children in a long time.
Some are missing their own moms, grieving is heavy.
Some have complex situations surrounding their family dynamics.

That’s why each Mothers Day weekend we pamper and shower the ladies with love and goodies.
Having a safe space to celebrate, mourn, love or hate this holiday ❤️

Integrate Women International will be serving breakfast and sweets!

Mothers Day Brunch Group will be returning for their 6th year, providing goodies, snacks and treats. The ladies at THREE look forward to seeing them each year ❤️

Meat-A-Palooza, an All You Can Eat BBQ Fundraiser, is a place where community gathers around good food, live music, and a common goal to serve those facing s*xual exploitation, homelessness, substance abuse disorder, and other difficult situations.

Every tickets bought helps provide a safe community, holistic resources, and life changing compassion to those in need.
