At about 5:00AM this morning I hear from Larysa the president of the Rotary club in Cherkasy Ukraine. Alex who went with her to deliver is a USA veteran from Huntsville, Alabama, has fought with the Ukrainians and was a pow of the ru$$ians!!
This morning, we delivered humanitarian aid to a residential care facility for people with disabilities in the city of Smila. Residents there range in age from 5 to 35. Alex went with us. Among the items delivered was rice-based food.
Much thanks to Dale in Louisville, KY for the Love The Hungry rice meals.
