Teen Culinary Camp: Cook Like a Pro is a hands-on five-day cooking experience designed for teens who want to build real kitchen skills through practice, teamwork, and guided instruction.

Each day focuses on a core technique that builds confidence and ability in the kitchen. Campers start with knife skills and kitchen foundations, then move into sautéing and heat control, sauce making and flavor building, baking basics, and finish the week with a full showcase meal they prepare and plate themselves.

This is not a demonstration-only class. Teens cook daily, work in teams and individually, and learn through doing. They also participate in daily tasting and critique sessions where they evaluate flavor, texture, doneness, and presentation, just like working chefs.

By the end of the week, campers leave with practical cooking skills, stronger kitchen confidence, and recipes they can recreate at home.

Daily structure includes:
• Chef-led skill demonstrations
• Hands-on cooking activities
• Tasting and feedback sessions

Camp details:
• Aprons provided (campers may bring their own)
• Closed-toe shoes required
• Long pants required (no shorts)
• Hair must be tied back
• Cell phones kept off and stored during class
• Cancellation allowed up to 48 hours for refund or credit

A focused, hands-on experience for teens ready to learn how to cook like a pro.
