Brayden had a valiant run during the race, finishing 4th despite losing 3rd gear a couple laps in...🥺 The #12 is sitting in impound now to make sure that the top 3 were legal, which I'm sure they will be. Congrats to the podium finishers, there are a lot of national championships between them all. A shot of the cars as they rolled from the grid to start the race.

Final grid is set for tomorrow's championship race and Brayden starts 4th in the Midwest-Bayless Italian Auto #12 Fiat X1/9! Racing happens at 11:15 ET. Be sure to tune in!

Well race fans, the first qualifying session at the 2026 Runoffs is in the books, but not as planned. A sloppy wet track claimed Matt's #22 as a victim at the high speed "kink" Although Matt is OK, the car is banged up pretty bad and beyond reasonable repair, so his race effort is over for the weekend... 🫤. Brayden finished the session clean with the #12 car and will be gridded 3rd in HP for the next qualifying session around 1:30 PM ET. More to come.
