Austin Hulsey - First Command Financial Advisor

~~ Leadership isn't about waiting until you have years of experience or the perfect opportunity. It's about recognizing that you can make an impact right where you are.

The strongest leaders stay curious, embrace new challenges, and understand that growth requires stepping beyond what's comfortable. At First Command, we believe leadership is a journey of continuous learning, initiative, and personal development.

Here's your leadership challenge: Find one opportunity this week to step outside your comfort zone, take initiative, and lead by example. Growth doesn't happen by standing still.

There are wins… and then there are wins over Navy. ~~ Air Force delivered when it mattered and gave the Falcon community plenty to celebrate this weekend.

First Command is proud to support the Air Force community and celebrate this one right alongside them.

~~ Financial success isn’t always about who gets out of the gate the fastest. It’s about having a plan and staying committed all the way to the finish.
Markets move. Priorities change. Life happens. A solid financial plan helps you stay focused on your goals instead of reacting to every turn along the way.
The finish line looks different for everyone. Make sure your financial strategy is built for yours.

~~ TBT to AAC in July, and I’m still riding the high of celebrating what this career is really about..... helping others!!!

There’s a lot to celebrate when you see the impact advisors can have on the families they serve. For me, success has always started with taking care of people, building relationships, and being there when they need someone in their corner.

If you’re ready to chat about your financial future and how we can help, let’s talk.

~~ Some of the most valuable conversations start when we stop thinking about what we’re going to say next and simply listen. Everyone brings a different perspective, different experiences and something we can learn from. Taking the time to ask questions, listen closely and understand someone else’s point of view can make us better leaders and better at helping the people around us.

Sometimes the most important part of a conversation isn’t what you say. It’s what you hear.

~~ September 18, 1947 gave America an independent Air Force and began a new era in our nation's military history. Today we celebrate the service, dedication and commitment of generations of Airmen.

Happy Birthday, USAF!

What a fantastic visit from our CEO, Mark Steffe, and an even better opportunity to have everyone from across our district together in one place. ~~ There is tremendous value in getting the team together—sharing ideas, strengthening relationships, and hearing directly from leadership about where we’re going and the opportunities ahead. Days like this reinforce what strong leadership and a connected team can accomplish.

Grateful for Mark’s time, perspective, and commitment to our people, and proud of the team we continue to build across our district.
