We like to experiment with new techniques, new technologies, and new ideas. We love art, science, history and technology. So we followed our passions and created Lab Partners Jewelry. A jewelry making studio that combines art, science, history, and technology into unique, beautiful and interesting jewelry* that has a story to tell. Because experiments are stories. Some have a happy ending, some don’t, but all experiments are a journey of discovery and learning. We’ll be documenting our experiments, research and ideas on our blog Field Notes and on social media. We’ll also keep you updated with our weekly email newsletter, so be sure to sign up.

What a difference precision makes!
This benchtop drill press is used by watchmakers to remove broken screws and punch-out tiny watch crown elements.
Lab Partners uses it to create very small and perfectly centered holes in handmade sterling sliver beads.
It is the single most important fabrication tool we were able to purchase with a Greater Columbus Arts Council Funds for Artists grant.
It has transformed the technical precision and detail we are able to achieve with our jewelry. Thanks, GCAC!
