We spent the day at the beautiful Columbus Library diving into DISC and exploring how understanding our different communication and behavioral styles can help us work better together.

We recently had the opportunity to join the Peachtree City Rotary Club to speak about The State of Employee Engagement. It was a great opportunity to connect, share insights, and discuss what meaningful engagement looks like in today’s workplace!

Who says team building has to feel like work?
We recently had the opportunity to spend a morning with the team at Harbin Insurance! It was filled with laughter, connection, and activities designed to strengthen how they work together.
The best part of it? When people are genuinely having fun, they're often building trust, communication, and collaboration without even realizing it.
Thank you, Harbin, for having us back. We always enjoy partnering with teams that are willing to learn, grow, and have a little fun along the way!

Today we celebrate freedom, remember those who made it possible, and give thanks for the privilege of calling this country home. Happy 4th of July! ❤️🤍💙
We were excited to welcome our newest 2Impact team member, Amanda Newman, into her first workshop with us: The Fruit of Our Strengths 🍎🍓
We spent the afternoon exploring creativity through art and reflecting on how everyone’s unique strengths showed up along the way. The best learning often happens when you’re having so much fun, it doesn’t feel like work!
